Against the strident calls recently that the Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig-Gen Mohammed Buba Marwa, should be honoured with Nigeria's second highest National Honours, the Grand Commander of Order of the Nigeria (GCON) for his commendable exploits in the nation's Narcotic Agency, the Federal Government, on Tuesday, bestowed on the retired soldier the third highest National Honours, the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).
