Thunderous applause followed the arrival of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri at Mbulla, Borrong, Gereng, Tambo and other wards in Demsa and Girei LGA.
Governor Fintiti also appeared before the First Class Paramount leader of Mbulla nation, HRH Murum Mbulla, where he asked for votes of the entire chiefdom.
In his response, the Murum Mbulla said "PDP is like our religion, for it has brought peace to our community".
Borong ,Gerreng and Tambo electorates however assured Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri that the people would vote for PDP enmass.
According to Murum Mbula, "My vote and that of my Chiefdom belongs to Fintiri".
The people also shocked the Governor when they rejected a member of the State House of Assembly, Hon Kate Mamuno, as they said they will not vote for the PDP candidate in the February elections.
The campaign train moved to the house of Mr. Felix Tamgwami where the entourage was well entertained. Several items were also presented to the Governor including fish and livestock goods.
The Director-General of the campaign, Rt. Hon. Barrister AD Tukur, thanked the people for coming out enmass to receive the PDP campaign train, while the PDP State Chairman, Barrister A.T Shehu, received some decampees and urged them to keep faith with the party. NNL.
