Celebrity Nollywood thespian, Mr Saint Obi, has passed on at age 57, according to entertainment sources.
Obi reportedly died after a protracted illness on Sunday last weeknights in Lagos at the home of one of his siblings, the cause of his death is yet unknown.
The news of the brilliant and popular actor's death was speculated within the Nigeria entertainment sector days after his passage before it was finally confirmed this Saturday.
Unconfirmed report said there was a disagreement among his siblings over when and how to break the News of his death to the nation. This development, it was gathered, was the cause of the delay in making the news officially public.
It was revealed that the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has gone on a fact-finding mission on his death of Mr Saint Obi who popularity in the nollywood industry dates back to the 90s and early 2000s. NNL.
