The Kebbi State Government has tasked political office holders in the state to focus on providing the dividends of democracy to the people of the state who voted them to power.
This charge was given on Saturday, July 17, 2021, by the Kebbi State Deputy Governor, Dr Sama'ila Yombe Dabai, who represented Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu at the commissioning of Constituency projects sponsored by Hon Bello A Ka'oje, a member representing Suru/Bagudo federal constituency in the National Assembly.
Dabai added that due to the excellent leadership of Governor Bagudu, the constituency projects are feedback to the people of Suru and Bagudo Local Government Areas.
He tasked other politicians to emulate the good work by Hon. Bello A. Ka'oje providing more dividends of Democracy that will improve the livelihood of the masses in the State.
In his remarks at the occasion, Hon Bello Ka'oje revealed that he used the consistent funds to executive projects that will improve the living standard of the people he is representing in the House of Representatives, Abuja.
The lawmaker further said the projects which include: construction of new District palace at Ka'oje, Town Hall at Bagudo, a well-equipped ICT center at Zagga, distribution of vehicles to all district heads of Suru and Bagudo Local Governments among others.
Those who graced the event include Chief of staff, Kebbi state Government House, Alhaji Suleiman Muhammad Argungu (Jarman Kabi), Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu ), Alhaji Abba Aliero, Faruk Musa Enabo (P.A to the Governor), Hon Ibrahim Attahiru Tadurga, Traditional rulers as well as politicians among other personalities.
