Support continues to grow for Governor Bala Mohammed over his decision to remain in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), with political groups and religious leaders commending his consistency.
A coalition of 50 political groups in Bauchi know as Kauran Bauchi Political Concern Group said the governor’s refusal to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC) reflects his commitment to principle and the interests of ordinary Nigerians.
Chairman of the coalition, Cmrd Raiyyan Adamu, said the governor’s leadership has earned him widespread prayers and support from clerics.
He added that Mohammed’s alignment with the ideals of respected leaders like Sa’adu Zungur and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa has strengthened his reputation across Northern Nigeria.
The coalition urged the governor to remain steadfast, insisting that his role is vital to sustaining hope among the masses. NNL.
