“Government has agreed to terminate this road. The valuations if we were to terminate this contract based on the progress so far the contractor has made, the contractor is now to refund the sum of 659, 359, 211 naira to the Borno state government”.
The Commissioner remarked that the 2.3 kilometer Ramat Polytechnic-Wulari junction road has been re-awarded through direct labor at the cost of 230 million nairas.
He warned that government will not hesitate to terminate any contract from underperforming contractors. NNL.
