Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed, on Thursday, dissolved his State Executive Cabinet Members, Personal Assistants and all other political appointees in the State.
The Secretary to the State Government, Barrister Ibrahim Kashim, made the briefing to journalists on the outcome of a valedictory session of the State Executive Council at the Council Chambers, Government House, Bauchi State.
Those who were affected, according to SSG, includes; Commissioners, Senior Special Assistants, Special Assistants, Personal Assistants and other political appointees heading various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government.
He disclosed that the Governor has retained the services of the Secretary to the State Government, Chief of Staff and the Principal Private Secretary on their positions till the inauguration period.
He however said that during the meeting, Governor Bala Mohammed thanked the outgoing cabinet members for their positive contributions towards the successes achieved by his administration in the first four years of his tenure. NNL.
