Head of Service of the Edo State Government, Dr Anthony Osas Okungbowa, Esq., has congratulated his boss, Senator Monday Okpebholo on his 100 days in office.
Okungbowa who wrote on behalf of the state civil servants, however, praised the governor for what he described as his "remarkable milestone of 100 days of exemplary leadership in office".
According to Okungbowa, 'Your unwavering commitment to building a motivated and empowered Civil/Public Service for sustainable development is evident in the impactful initiatives and transformative projects undertaken thus far.
"In just 100 days, you have made significant strides in improving and ensuring the welfare of workers through prompt payment of salaries, exceptional 13th-month salary initiative, employment of new employees and reinstatement of workers previously disengaged but to mention a few.
"We are inspired by your resolve to build a more secure, prosperous and inclusive State where service delivery to the people is effective, efficient, seamless and timely.
"As we celebrate this achievement, we reaffirm our unwavering support and dedication to your vision for a dynamic, efficient, and forward-thinking Service. We pray for greater achievements in the days ahead and for God’s divine wisdom and strength as you steer our State toward greater heights. Once again, congratulations, Your Excellency". NNL.
