The iPhone 14 battery replacement will cost you $30 more than previous models (via 9to5Mac). According to Apple's iPhone battery service page, replacing the battery on any iPhone 14 model costs $99, an increase from the $69 price for past generations (except for the iPhone SE, which charges $50 for battery replacement). Although the battery capacity of the Iphone 14 models hasn't been revealed, Apple still says that it comes with the company’s “longest battery life ever.”

If you are just purchasing an Iphone 14, you probably won’t have to worry about replacing the battery anytime soon. And unless you are covered by the AppleCare program when your battery drops below 80 percent of its original capacity, Apple won’t replace your battery, and its iPhone batteries are advertised as capable of retaining up to 80 percent of their original capacity after 500 complete charge cycles. Battery replacements are also covered by AppleCare Plus, which just started offering unlimited repairs. And the $99 repair price only applies if you repair after the Apple’s one-year warranty has elapsed. (Source: The Verge, CNET)
