Ideato North and South, Imo state federal constituency hopeful, Mazi Henry C. Ezebuilo has made a case for past Nigerian leaders who had distinguished themselves to be properly taken care of after retirement especially when they are getting older and unable to help themselves.
Many Nigerian past leaders who had distinguished themselves as real nationalists like retired General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB), Mazi Ezebuilo said deserved attention and proper care considering the sacrifices they made for the country to remain as one.

Though he did not specify the areas past leaders needed to be assisted the aspirant maintained Nigeria should emulate western powers on how to take care of their aged past Presidents to make them feel happy as they spend their later days on earth.
He told our correspondent, "I came to Minna; first to seek for blessings from my father and mentor, General Babangida as I am joining politics. And secondly, to discuss business plans that will create over a thousand jobs for jobless Nigerians in Niger state".
The US based entrepreneur who said he joined the House of Reps race to contribute in correcting noticeable legislative lapses blamed poor performances by governments to the near absence of checks and balances not only by the legislature but other arms of government.

While encouraging Nigerians, eligible voters in particular to demand for account of stewardship from their Senators and House of Reps members, Ezebuilo encouraged them to ensure that only credible voters. NNL.
